RETURN / REFUND POLICY

Note:

Cancellation We accept cancellation of the order before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will get a full refund. If the product has been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns by mail. Customers can apply for the right of return within 14 days after receiving the product.

Our policy is for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the purchase, we will not be able to provide you with a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused, sellable, and in the same state as you received the product. It must also be in the original packaging.

In some cases, only partial refunds are allowed: 
*The package has been opened.
*Item has been used.
* Any non-original condition, damaged or missing parts due to our error.
* Any items returned within 30 days after delivery

In order to complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Only charge shipping costs (including returns) to customers at most once. However, the freight previously paid is not refundable. The returned product will not charge any purchase fee to consumers.

Communicate with

We do not provide any exchange of items. We only return items that are defective or damaged. If you encounter a defective item or a damaged item, please email us at Support@galdtoseeyou.com, detailing your order number and problem. We will try our best to solve this problem.

Refund (if applicable) After receiving and checking your return, we will email you a receipt notice. (Typically refund within 1-3 days) We will also notify you to approve or reject the refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the credit line will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain time (1-3 days).

Refunds are delayed or omitted (if any) (if any). If you have not received a refund, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, which may take some time to formally issue a refund.
Next, please contact your bank. Refund posting usually takes some processing time.
